These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of communication channels operated by Sasha Schwartz Center (hereinafter "the Center"), including our Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger accounts. By sending us a message through these channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not contact us through these channels.

2. About Us

Sasha Schwartz Center is a treatment center for alcoholism and other addictions located in Israel. We use Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger, via Meta's Webhooks API, to receive and respond to inquiries about our treatment programs.

3. Nature of the Service

Messages sent to us through Instagram Direct or Facebook Messenger are used solely to qualify your inquiry and connect you with our team for a consultation regarding addiction treatment. This is an informational and lead-routing service, not a medical or emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. How Messages Are Handled

When you message us, your inquiry is automatically routed to our internal CRM so that a member of our team can follow up with you. Details of how your data is collected, used, and protected are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us.

• You agree not to use our messaging channels to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent content.

• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our messaging systems or webhook integration.

6. No Guarantee of Response Time

While we aim to respond to inquiries promptly, we do not guarantee a specific response time. Contacting us through Instagram Direct or Facebook Messenger does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship until confirmed directly by our team through a consultation.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our messaging channels operate on Instagram and Facebook Messenger, which are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of these platforms is also subject to Meta's own terms, including its Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Meta's platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Instagram Direct or Facebook Messenger channels, including any delay, interruption, or loss of messages caused by third-party platforms or automation services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our messaging channels after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
