Sasha Schwartz Center (hereinafter "the Center") is a treatment center for alcohol and substance addiction located in Israel. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741–1981).

2. Data We Collect

When you contact us via Instagram Direct or Facebook Messenger, we receive:

Your account identifier (numeric ID)
The content of your message
The message timestamp

3. How We Use Your Data

Data is used exclusively for:

Qualifying your inquiry and routing it to our team
Following up to provide a consultation regarding addiction treatment

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

4. Data Sharing

Internal CRM: messages are forwarded to our internal CRM for inquiry management.
Make.com: used as an automation platform to route messages to our CRM. Make.com acts as a data processor on our behalf, and under Make.com's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, it is restricted from using such data for any purpose other than providing its automation service to us.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Meta Platforms Integration

We receive messages via Meta's Webhooks API (Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger). All webhook requests are verified for authenticity. Message content is forwarded to our CRM and not stored on our servers beyond the time required to process it. This integration complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
